Here’s what happens when you choose us for bodywork repairs:

Your vehicle arrives
it can be brought in on a recovery vehicle, one of our drivers can collect it or you can bring it in yourself. We log all details in the system so we can send regular updates. If you’re entitled to a courtesy car, we can sort this for you.

An initial assessment is completed
our accredited vehicle damage assessors will examine your car thoroughly. We can then give you details of the repairs needed and an estimated date of completion, passing all relevant information on to insurance companies or third parties.

Repairs are authorised and we begin work
we order the necessary parts, and get to work on your vehicle. If your vehicle requires paintwork, we use the unique manufacturer colour code to formulate the paint, and apply a topcoat lacquer. We’re then ready to reassemble and refit all components.

Quality control
we have strict quality control processes, enforced throughout every stage of the repair. At the end of the process, your vehicle will be taken for a road test if required, and we’ll then give it a full wash and vacuum. Once complete, we’ll arrange a suitable time for collection
