We record all necessary details, allowing us to keep you informed of our progress.
We’ll arrange a courtesy car if you’re entitled to one.
An accredited damage assessor provides an estimated date of completion.
We inform you and your insurance company, if needed.
The repair is authorised
we order genuine parts, so we can get to work.
The repair is finished and components are reassembled.
We complete the repair with a thorough wash and vacuum.
